GL Global Concepts LLC provides customer success management for companies that sell online programs on AI and business building, guiding their customers from the first onboarding call through every module, with daily support and regular calls, so they actually reach their goals.
Get in touchI work as an external customer success manager for program providers, inside their existing tools, community and course platform. The provider builds and sells the program; I make sure their customers get through it.
After a customer buys a package, I schedule an onboarding call, set up their access, walk them through the program and agree on clear goals.
I guide customers through the learning modules, review their assignments and give feedback, so they learn how to use AI to build a business or a second income stream step by step.
Questions are answered every day, around the clock, by chat. Nobody gets stuck on a module for long.
Regular calls to review progress, solve problems and plan the next steps, so every customer stays on track toward their goal.
Every customer goes through the same structured path. Everything runs remotely.
The customer buys a package and gets an onboarding call to set up access and define their goals.
They work through the modules and complete assignments, with feedback on each one.
Daily support around the clock, plus regular calls to keep progress on track.
Progress is tracked until the customer reaches the goals set at onboarding. Their success stories are collected and shared with the program provider.
I work on a freelance basis for the program provider, not for their customers. The provider pays GL Global Concepts LLC a fixed monthly fee plus commission, under a written agreement. Customers do not pay me directly.
GL Global Concepts LLC is a one-person business consulting company registered in the State of Florida, USA. Its core service is customer success management for companies that sell online programs on AI and business building: I make sure their customers get onboarded, get help every day and reach the results they signed up for. Alongside consulting, the company sells a small range of its own products online.
